Alex Abadayan, D.Min. is the founder of Joy Int'l School of Ministry based in Kansas City, USA. He holds a Doctor of Ministry degree from the Assembly of God Theological Seminary/Evangel University. He is an Ordained Minister and a pastor with over 30 years of experience. He is the conference speaker for church relational leadership and koinonia conferences in the US and Overseas. He serves on the Ministerial Internship Program (MIP), which trains, licenses, and ordains ministers for his denomination.
